This group allows our members who are involved in all aspects of home buying, selling, etc. to network. Presentations are made at each meeting on specific topics to update members on current rules, laws, opportunities. Collaborations can be formed to hold seminars to educate the general public.
We welcome Cranberry Country Chamber members who are involved in ALL aspects of helping homeowners/buyers/sellers. In this group you will find realtors, mortgage brokers/banks, financial planners, real estate attorneys, and all levels of tradespeople.

The Cranberry Country Chamber of Commerce Property Transition Partners Group is dedicated to empowering community members with the knowledge and resources they need to navigate the process of buying and selling a home. As a collaborative subcommittee of the Chamber, we provide educational seminars and connect individuals with trusted professionals – from REALTORS and financial planners to contractors and legal experts. Our mission is to ensure that every resident is equipped with the tools, guidance, and support necessary to make informed, confident decisions during every stage of property transition.
