Emotional Intelligence 

Technical skills alone don’t make great leaders—emotional intelligence does.  Those who can stay composed under pressure and tune in to the emotions of others are strong team members, resolve conflict more effectively, and inspire trust. In this experiential workshop, participants will deepen their self-awareness, sharpen their relationship skills, and learn practical strategies to navigate emotions.
