Denis Lilla is a Regional Vice President / Manager at the Lakeville office for Jack Conway & Co., Inc., a real estate brokerage firm that practices both residential and commercial real estate brokerage and has 27 offices with over 700 sales associates. Denis has over 39 years of experience in real estate sales and services. Beginning his career as a Sales Associate in 1982 with Jack Conway he later became manager of Jack Conway’s Whitman office. In 1985 Denis became Director of Education for the Company, a regional manager in 1990 and in 1994 Vice President of Sales for the entire company and in 2011 assumed his present responsibilities.

He has received a BA from Boston State College, is a GRI (Graduate of the Realtor’s Institute of Massachusetts), holds the designation CRB (Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager) from the Realtor National Marketing Institute of the National Association of Realtors, as well as the designation CBR (Certified Buyer Representative).

Licensed in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts as both a Real Estate Broker and Instructor, he has served as a member of the Board of Directors for RELO International, a relocation company, where he spoke on real estate sales and management nationally.  He is a past recipient of the President’s Award from the Plymouth County Board of Realtors, Professional Recognition Award from the South Shore Association of Realtors, and numerous other awards for real estate sales, management, and training.
