DESCRIPTION:Join us for our ZOOM Rockland Trust/Cranberry Country Chamber Speaker Series\n Wednesday\, October 15\, 2025 at 8:30 am\nAs Katie Crawford presents From Stress to Success\nGoals: \n1. Using a trauma informed lens\, attendees will learn about Gen Z and their mental health \n2. Attendees will learn specific strategies to support Gen Z and other young adults in the work environment \n3. Attendees will gain an understanding of how strategies of support can reduce burn out and improve retention in the workplace for young adults\nREGISTER\nPresenter: Katie Crawford\, MSW\, LICSW\, is a licensed independent clinical social worker based in Norwell\, Massachusetts. She has been a practicing clinician for 14 years with a focus on young adults’ mental health\, higher education\, case management and crisis care. Katie believes the work young adults do to support their mental health in their 20’s helps them thrive as they grow and experience changes in their adult life. In her private practice\, Katie uses mental health education\, motivational interviewing\, cognitive behavioral therapy\, and acceptance commitment therapy\, to support her clients with achieving their therapeutic goals. Prior to opening her own practice\, Katie was the Director of Counseling Services at Eastern Nazarene College and has worked as a Clinician with Stonehill College\, Aspire Health Alliance\, and The Steppingstone Foundation.
