Katie believes the work young adults do to support their mental health in their 20’s helps them thrive as they grow and experience changes in their adult life. In her private practice\, Katie uses mental health education\, motivational interviewing\, cognitive behavioral therapy\, and acceptance commitment therapy\, to support her clients with achieving their therapeutic goals. Prior to opening her own practice\, Katie was the Director of Counseling Services at Eastern Nazarene College and has worked as a Clinician with Stonehill College\, Aspire Health Alliance\, and The Steppingstone Foundation.
